Ticket promotion bundles are not refundable. In case you cannot attend one of the events, part of the ticket value can be used as a voucher for a future event purchase, as explained in the following examples:

Example 1:

What happens if I buy an FKC Triple at 30 % and can only join two events?

You will be charged as a double event at 25% and the rest will be applied as a voucher for a future event. Here is the math = 2100€-1500€ = 600€ voucher amount.

Example 2:

What happens if I buy a FKC Double at 25% and can only come to an event?

You will be charged as a single event at 20% and the rest will be applied as a voucher for a future event. Here is the math = 1500€-800€ = 700€ voucher amount.

Example 3:

What happens if I buy one event at 20% (800€) and cannot go?

If you advise 60 days before the event starts, your ticket becomes convertible for any of the normal future events.

If you advise within 60 days before the event starts, your ticket will become a voucher for 800€ for future event purchases.

Questions:

In which case can I be 100% refunded? Tickets without a discount or promotion can be refunded if cancellation is communicated 60 days before the event starts. Within 60 days, the ticket will be converted into a voucher.

Within 30 days any ticket won’t be refunded nor converted into a voucher.
